Junior Creative Content Creator (m/w/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are responsible for the conception and preparation of training material
You support various customer projects with your creative mindset and create the framework for the continuous development of our training portfolio
You provide operational support in the moderation of workshops and meetings
You are able to graphically communicate even complex issues in a comprehensible way
You support team colleagues in their operational work

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in design, pedagogy, HR, or similar or a very good commercial training qualification
You have at least one year of work experience
You have already acquired know-how in the use of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, to use them in a targeted manner
You are a creative mind, both in terms of graphic and content elaboration
You have gained first experiences in the area of moderation or realization of training
You have an eye for the special and work goal-oriented
You have a self-confident working style with a focus on quality, costs, and time
You have a high sense of responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality
You have an innovative and creative way of thinking
You have a confident manner and a high level of customer orientation
You have basic German and good English language skills
